By installing and using AddMeetPro ("the Bot") in your Slack workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Bot on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Service Description

AddMeetPro is a Slack integration that creates Google meetings through the "/meet" command. The app facilitates the creation of calendar events and requires access to your Slack workspace and Google Account.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

The Bot accesses and processes the following data:

• Slack user information necessary for bot functionality
• Command inputs provided through the "/meet" command
• Google Meet access for creating meetings

We do not store meeting content or participant information beyond.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot in compliance with Slack's terms of service
• Maintain the security of your Slack and Google accounts
• Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to access, tamper with, or damage the Bot's systems

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Bot. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Bot, including but not limited to:

• Meeting scheduling errors or failures
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or security breaches

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
